DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES

All Ume orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and are usually dispatched within 24 hours after your order is placed.

UK MAINLAND

Tracked 24 delivery. Normally delivered within 2-3 working days (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday) Orders made on a weekend or UK public holiday will be processed on the next working day. 

For Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12pm GMT (midday) and cost £10. Monday to Friday to be delivered the next working day before 1pm.  

INTERNATIONAL 

Deliveries to Europe start at £6 and depend on weight, which is calculated at the final checkout. 

Deliveries to USA, Canada and Rest of the World start at £8 and depend on weight, which is calculated at the final checkout. 

Please note International Customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges. We do not have any control over customs periodically holding packages before reaching the final destination.

TAXES PAID EU SHIPPING

In certain circumstances we can pay the taxes for any orders going to Europe. You need to pay for Express Shipping (Fedex) at checkout, we will then cover the cost of taxes in exchange.

Please kindly note *** Taxes cannot be paid by us if you select free shipping option. So please make sure to tick and pay for Express Shipping

UK & INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you don't fall in love with your purchase, then we’ll refund or replace your product. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Delivery charges are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

If you’ve purchased your product online just return to us at the address below, enclosing your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number.

FAULTY GOODS
